Why can’t I pay by invoice?

We use your personal data in order to process your order. In so doing, we conduct an address check and credit assessment. In this case, it can sometimes occur that we do not allow you to pay by invoice for your order. This can happen, for example, if you have changed your name and address following marriage and have not yet made this information publicly known.
In Germany, we obtain information about your previous payment behaviour and your credit record on the basis of a mathematical-statistical procedure from Creditreform Boniversum GmbH, Hellersbergstrasse 11, 41460 Neuss.
Upon placing the order, we automatically review the price of your shopping cart. If you have ordered a short time ago and your payment is still open or if you have ordered a large sum, it can sometimes occur that the invoice payment method is not available. We ask for your understanding for our withholding this option; this is the only way that we can offer you the invoice payment method in our online shop over the long term.

How does the payment by invoice work?

In general, you can pay by invoice as soon as you place your first order with us. In order to allow you sufficient time to inspect your received goods, the balance of the invoice is not due until 14 days following receipt of goods. If you send back individual articles from a delivery, the invoiced amount can, of course, be reduced according to the price of these goods.
In order to be able to offer you this very customer-friendly service, we reserve the possibility to check your address and credit record.

We ask for your understanding that we additionally reserve the right not to offer the chosen form of payment or to change this afterwards depending upon the result of the address check and credit assessment and the price of the order. Should this happen, we will of course immediately inform you and offer you an alternative.
Please transfer outstanding invoice amounts to the following account. For your own interest, please make sure to provide your invoice number in the reference field since we can otherwise not correctly book the receipts of payment.

When are returns free of charge?

Your return is free of charge when (only valid in Germany):

  • You have received the wrong item, or the item is damaged or faulty. If this is the case, you are able to return the item free of charge, regardless of the value of your order.
  • You have revoked the purchase of an item within 14 days under the right of revocation, and the price of the article you are returning is more than €40.

Remark: The sum of €40 refers to the individual items that are to be returned, and not the total value of the return. For more information regarding the right of revocation, see Paragraph 4a on this page.

  • The value of your purchase, excluding delivery costs and VAT, is more than €40. The returns sticker is enclosed with your order. Please attach the sticker to the package that is to be returned - this automatically ensures that your return is free of charge.

Please note: custom-embroidered items are exempt from the exchange policy unless the item itself is damaged. In this regard, a false/falsely spelt name, wrong colour or incorrect text are no grounds for exchange, since you select and submit these options yourself. Please carefully review the information in your order before submitting.

When are returns not free of charge?

For orders of less than or exactly €40, you must pay the cost of returning the item yourself, regardless of whether you are returning the whole order or only part of it. A returns sticker is therefore not enclosed with orders of €40 and under. Returns from abroad are subject to the contents of paragraph 4 – customers pay the postal charges themselves when returning items from abroad.

In which cases may I not exchange an item?

Please note that custom-embroidered items are exempt from the exchange policy since we produce these according to your individual preferences. Exception: this of course does not apply to items that are damaged or defective. In this regard, a false/falsely spelt name, wrong colour or incorrect text are no grounds for exchange, since you select and submit these options yourself. Please carefully review the information in your order before submitting.
