With immediate effect, new customers with an account at bellybutton can conveniently order by invoice and do not need to not pay until the order has been delivered. In this case, a credit assessment as part of the order process must first be cleared. bellybutton warrants a payment deadline of 14 days following the delivery of the products. You can find more information under our general terms and conditions.

Inside Germany you can return all ordered items within 14 days without charges, but only when the returned total is more than 40EUR. Just fill in the return label and send it back to us together with the items you want to return. If you have already paid for your order, we immediately refund the money. In the case of complete return we also refund the shipping charges.
